Where appropriate, clients are introduced to regulated financial institutions and licensed professionals for execution.
We work with an unrestricted number of lenders to find a potentially suitable arrangement for your consideration.
We may be paid from two separate and independent sources: (i) commission, paid to us by the lender; and (ii) an introductory or broker fee paid to us by you under our engagement terms.
Typically, we will receive commission from lenders. Whether one is payable in any particular case, and its amount, depends on our arrangements with the lender concerned. Where payable, different lenders pay different amounts, and our commission is calculated as a percentage of the amount you borrow — so the larger the facility you enter into, the greater the commission we typically will receive.
Any introductory or broker fee agreed with you is separate from, and independent of, any commission. It is payable in full and is not reduced by, conditional upon, set off against, or otherwise linked to any commission, or to any variation, delay in payment or non-payment of commission.
Full details of the commission model, calculation and amount, and of any introductory or broker fee payable by you, will be disclosed to you throughout your customer journey and before you enter into any finance agreement.
