We are an independent, unregulated property debt advisory and capital advisory firm arranging business-purpose finance for corporate clients. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Although our clients are businesses, we process personal data about the individuals connected with them — such as directors, shareholders, beneficial owners, guarantors, introducers and professional contacts — and this notice explains how.
